DHA Phase 2 Ex-commoners Town P Sector

Dear experts,

I wanted to know about the current development situation of sector p x-commoners town DHA 2. Is there any map available? One available on parasestates.com is kind of hard to orientate on the Google map satellite.

Secondly, on dhai-r website their latest announcement is about providing gas and other facilities to KLMN sectors, they did not mention P. Do you think plots in P will be ready for possession within next 2/3 years? Location wise, N is better or P, considering the factor of higher grounds and rawat industrial state.

Yes, prices are already too high in K,M Block as they gave possession before 3/4 years, development is still underway, possession also given in L, M blocks but not every plot is ready possession. N block is much better as compared to P block, but if you are planning for 2/3 years, then it is a good idea to buy a plot in P, location and ground level is better than N. They have also given basic amenities like Electricity and Gas in K, L, M, N blocks, basically, they inaugurated gas supply, but I am sure, it will be available for residents very soon.

Prices are increasing in these blocks and will continue doing so.

Thank you Nasir Shb, I got your email about the map. In last few days i was trying to identify the pro-cons of DHA Phase 2 ex-commoners/valley/extension. What i concluded from the forums on different websites are, block P and N of ex-commoners town will only be livable in 5-7 years time. Judging from google earth timeline, i found the development work in these blocks were at snails pace. Valley project is doomed, and only few sectors are under development work, rest came under the Dam side, the ppl having plots there are being shifted to DHA Phase 3. The same case is with extension, should not expect any work completion and ready to live in 7-10 years. I am also getting news that ppl from there are also being shifted to other sectors. Based on web forum knowledge i concluded that sector N and P is right choice if you want to buy a descent piece of land (still affordable as compare to Bahria), and then forget about it for next 5 years. As i am not an investor, i am not much concerned about returned value, i am better interested in value/quality of living. Valley and extension has lower prices but highly rated risk, and atleast 10 years planning, provided DHA delivers as they promise. DHA homes and Emaar will give a boost once these two projects are fully established. I am not sure what experts will say who are actually sitting there and watching DHA twists and turns. Next month i am visiting pakistan, so will try to visit Zone 5 and 2 to get first hand knowledge.
