Can any honorable forum member update about map and master plan of DHA Phase II Extension and current prices of files?
Prices vary from around 22 lakhs for 1 kanal, plus you need to pay around 14 lakhs in development charges. DHA have lost a lot of credibility due to giving possession late all the time, always delays. Good long term investment! You shall see decent profit in 3-5 years!
What are the prices of the various blocks?
Prices vary dependant upon the blocks. Ask an agent, as im not sure precisely of todays rate. From what I know, prices hiked to about 25 lakhs when rawaat rumour played its toll but since prices have started to decline to around 22 lakhs. To get an update and exact price of all blocks you are best off speaking to an estate agent who is dealing with DHA.

Rates fluctuate, it was 18 before 2 weeks, today it is 22-23 lacs, this is a not recommended investment, buy a possession plot rather than buying a file which has nothing clear from last many years. Better buy DHA Valley or Top City.

The thing with speaking to agents is depending on who you talk to you get a different answer, usually when you are looking to buy they ask for high prices and when you say you want to sell they offer very low prices. Agents generally want to take advantage of your ignorance.
A very true and important point you have mentioned Arshad saab. I suppose this is part of the real estate business where estate agents say anything to make their commission, which includes false information at times. This is where having reliable contacts within the real estate agent comes in handy and plays dividends, as they truly advise you on the best option rather than just refer you to a society that they are dealing with just to make their money.
