If you contact with their head office then it will be more useful for you because agents can not tell you the exact date of it. But I can help you out in finding good architects in Pakistan.
Ihsan, the homes are complete almost, but the development of land, acquisition, land issues, local land grabbers, mafia, litigation on Expressway and EOBI Supreme Court’s orders, DHA issues with Bahria Town and many more issues are a hurdle in possession, i don’t see it anytime soon, any investment in DHA valley will be considered a long term investment.

dha valley has an extremely uncertain future,as its a big time mess with the above mentioned issues,
I recommend to stay away from DHA valley as Punjab Government has released funds for the feasibility study as per Supreme court decision

Why don`t you visit DHA office? As discussed above, there is a great mess in this property and govt. Is not in favor of it. So, instead of mailing, you should visit their office.

I am hopeful since DHA valley has cancelled plots of candidates who did not pay their installment. It may be indicate of positive planning for those who has paid all installments.

since we are overseas & worried about our investment & praying for something good to come.....?
I visited the dha valley site a few days back.I haven’t observed any development.It is the same as 2 years back.I talked to their staff and they said that we are right now not sure about possession it will take about 2-3 years.The same thing they told me almost 2 years back.So i am very disappointed with the pace of development in dha valley.

You will have to wait for some years as they haven`t any proper plan of development yet. If you want construction in some other areas then "ameradnan.com" is a good place for discussion. I can also set an appointment for you with Mr. Amer. He is a nice person and working for several years n this business.
Can anybody confirm the recent rates of plots in overseas blocks?
Overseas blocks are not even touched by now.
Most homes are ready.
No possession on cards for another 5 more years in any block or even homes, it is a long term investment.
Prices are declining rite now,
Where exactly are DHA Homes and what will be the access to them?
