Court case on this subject are going on against cda for very long time now, but cda does not have the money to pay the landowners or to do the development. It seems cda is immune to tough talk by supreme court. Some cda projects like margalla avenue were started and pm performed the ground breaking but right now the project is suspended half way due to lack of funds.
Most development works are stopped and funds are being used in areas where they can produce favourable election results. In any case i dont expect any movement or development any where at all before elections.
