E11 or Bahria/DHA

Could anyone please advise which area is more better if we ignore the distance. I mean are both these areas equally posh localities? What is the price of 7-10 marl a houses in E11 and Bahria and what's the rental income from one portion. We are planning to buy some property and would like to rent one portion also. Can any one please help.

I would think that the rent in E11 will be more but so would be the price.

Location wise E11 is a better option and rental value is also better.
