Currently I want to invest some money and I am open for all advices, money which I have in hand is almost 3 million, I need your reviews for F-16 especially & I-14 / I-16.
In my opinion, I-14 is over priced at the moment. Its development is not that good too with improper leveling in its land. I-16 is better than I-14 but it is also expensive considering what it has. F-16 is a very high risk game. If it is developed you will enjoy your investment in it otherwise perhaps no charm in investing in it. If somehow you plan to buy in F-16 then I'd suggest you to consult with Syed Ibrahim; in my view he is the right person to consult with in the case of buying in F-16. Summary: I would not recommend you I sectors. My recommendation for F-16/4 is 50%. I think better is you may work out on Bahria enclave and seek opinions of this forum members on the enclave and then if you are satisfied then buy there. My recommendation for Bahria enclave is 75%.
