I was wondering that is there a chance that development in f-16 can start in coming days, as promised by the society office.
Dear brother ahmed Society claim that they will start development work in 2013 but i am not very much sure that they will be able to start and delaying of this project is a very bad thing as day by day it will be tough for society to purchase further land of f 16 1 and 2 specially due to change of land rate.
F-16 map has changed and development is sure within 6 to 8 month as f-15 development is completed almost , now still prices is half than f-15. When development wil start prices wil shoot. Still nice time to investment in f-16/4 for one year.
I am sure before completing tenure they will give development touch to f-16. One year tenure is left.After that society new election wil take place so its goes to sure development wil start within one year. This is my own speculation, may be wrong.:)
Isn’t this already what we would call (rolay rolay) land dispute in f-16/2 hence in f-16/2 cheapest prices in the whole of the f-16?
M. Tahir, you said that f-16 map has been changed. Can you tell me that when it was changed and where can we find the new map.
F-16/2 half part from fateh jang road and half part of f-16/3 also from fateh jang road not cleared as per cda info. F-16/1 and f-16/4 is cleard only patches(small piece of land) is left.
New map you have to wait few week. You may see new map in society.
