The property agents are destroying zameen.Com credibility by posting fake properties with low prices to attrack customers and disappointing customers to go on the website and wasting their time. Please do a check that people can't post any fake properties or properties on low prices and later they say its sold but thier is another with increased price
Zameen.Com will eventually go down when all the customers will turn away due to these reasons
Agreed. Dealers are posting ads for plots they don't even have. And posting multiple ads with different prices. Authentic dealer always mentions plot no. Or atleast Street no. In their ad.
I believe, Street no./Lane Should be compulsory for posting an ad.

There are property dealers who continuously post Ads with generic description and attract customers to call them. They do not have confirm options. I have never come across any genuine seller on zameen.com
Exactly true, also it keeps re listing ads for months even that property is sold a month ago. And user assumes it as a latest ad. Now on 10-20% are genuine ads rest is spam/fake ads.
