Is g-15 good for investment purpose, i am coming back to pakistan and will invest in other areas and thinking of moving my family here for five years. Is g-15 good to live and is there good investment return after five years when i must move back to canada?
Yes, g-15 is very good to live. Its fully developed and a proper cda sector with rapidly growing population density. Some of my friends and teachers have already shifted there. More importantly it has given good returns as well during past several years consistently. In future as well, there is much more room in it insha allah. Many triggers await which would make its prices soar.
Infact, personally i have visited g-13, g-14 and g-15 and i found out that from these three sectors, g-15 has best development standard.

Dear ali ahmed G 15 is a developed sector with gas electricity water ptcl cable dsl mosques commercial markaz etc. Its a good place to live but u cant compare g 15 development standard with bahria or emmar however it is much better then g 13 and other old cda sectors.

G-15 is a good sector live with gas electricity water ptcl services, markaz is developed now , 3 pvt schools launched here, almost more then 1000 families shifted. Location is also very good at a time connected to kashmir highway and gt road. U cant compare development of g 15 with bahria or emmar but better then g 13.
Sir syed sb is right.Sir development standards of dha and bahria are state of the art and no society can beat themin development standards.Location of g-15 is excellent but development is not comparable to dha and bahria.
G-15 is good for living as well as investment. For living purposes in my opinion its over priced and too expensive for what it is. I would rather pay a little extra and stick to bahria… But each to there own i suppose…As that’s just my opinion!

Why do people prefer bharia over central islamabad? Surely the location of islamabad for future investment is a big plus ?
Sir state of the art development standards of dha and bahria town attracts large number of customers…
@ali ahmed, price in central islamabad (zone i) is 4-5 times higher than dha and bahria but development standard is better in dha and bahria with better roads and boulevards. However, the location of main islamabad sectors have a full view of margalla hills and they are near the forest and near blue area. Main islamabad sectors especially f and e sectors are the best location in pakistan. This is why they are much more expensive than bahria and dha.

@ pk1 sb sir…Zone 5 is also not so economical now a days…It has gained a lot during last 6 months…Now there is much less difference of prices between zone 1 and zone 5…Zone 1 is now hardly the two times of the zone 5…
@saadi price of one kanal in dha is less than one crore but in f sectors of zone 1 it is 4 crore plus
In fact in f-7 and f-8 one kanal is 7-10 crore

I think if the primary consideration is investment growth through price appreciation, g-15 is a good option especially if one can hold it till the new airport becomes operational. However if the availability of civic facilities and quality is the major concern, then bahria would have to be the first choice. G-15 is also a decent sector for living, but it can’t match bahria or for that matter dha.
Right, but one can not compare bahria/dha .Vs. G-15 until and unless we know what is our daily routine and which side we prefer. For me if i am working somewhere in blue area i would always prefer g-15 just to avoid hassle of daily commute but if i am working somewhere in saddar side then i would prefer bahria. Rest i think that return wise g-15 would be better in long term keeping all other factors constant. There are number of reasons for that and whole stories could be written.
Sir reaching the blue area from g-15 is almost same reaching there from bahria town with slight difference of distance i think…Secondly nobody knows that when new airport would be operational…They are giving deadlines for the last several years and on ground the performance is not so satisfactory.
