What is future of G-16 in next 6 month or a year for both investment and living?

Ather bhai the price is a little less than jkchs. It will be roughly Rs 8 million plus for one kanal depending on location. Prices in G-16 will rise with JKCHS.
As soon as the entry to motorway link road is opened, price will take a big jump insha-Allah. Now is the time for investment because JKCHS is now ripe for a jump and any time this happens, G-16 Interior will shoot up with it.

PK1, You are absolutely right but G16 Management is in deep slumber. They should develop the Society proactively rather than wait and follow the progress being made in JKCHS. The state of maintenance in G16 is poor and appear pathetic. In the developed Sec they should carpet the roads, trim the road berms and put curbstones, develop footpaths, connect gas,elec and water and prevent sewerage from choking. Acquire the land in the left out packets and develop it at faster pace keeping the good quality work. And build the access road to Kashmir highway as planned. By so doing they can benefit which could give Members and the SOCIETY rich dividend. All this is possible only once they wake up from the slumber.
