Hi,

Yesterday i visited ghauri town and i can see the development is really great. The sector 4 main road was multi-lanned (might be 5-6 lanes) and got good broad roads in general.

The price is roughly 3 lakh/marla. I am just wondering about the future of this town as someone told me that there is no such thing as "society" which will be there to solves ones' problem after they have sold all the plots (and they will run away). Furthermore, this land has some political connections?

Sir ghauri is not a lucrative investment for some reasons.Bahria phse 8 is better option in this price.

SAADI why are we all recommending Bahria Town ? When we all know of which ground realities is Bahria Town passing by now a days...

Sir these all are the temporary setbacks which Bahria Town faces time to time. It is just a grudge between two powerful people but i don’t think so that it would effect Bahria town. Its investor, its consumer is increasing with every passing day and you all know that ground realities of Ghauri Town is bitter than Bahria Town. It’s all my opinion sir.

Bahria town is best housing society in pakistan. It’s reality.Whether someone accept it or not.It is such a huge project that by next 5-10 years or so nearly 5 lakh people would be living there.Single person can’t do anything where stakes are so high for hundreds of thousands of people.Ignoring bahria town as best investment and living option will not be good idea either in my opinion.Everybody has it’s own opinion though.

Still i speak in favor of Malik Raiz Projects but,

@ Saadi you are right exactly what is happening to Bahria but the thing what requires attention, What is happening to Malik Raiz project now a days..

i know if we look in the past every time such sort of issues arises and they are well tackled but my question is the same who knows what happens next this time its different govt are they going to workout as Malik Raiz want them to go?

Is our investment will remain secure as it was in the past ?

Ghauri town is a good investment, the management are always a minor issue but nothing to worry about here. The main issue to worry about would be that the airport will close down once the new one opens so would this have a negative impact on the prices there? Something to bear in mind?

I personally don't think it would as the area is already built. Something to think about.

@fahad sb sir the issue at which you are pointing is just a minor issue abd it will be sirted out soon.Dont worry all the investment is safe there.You can get the answer when you see the response of the people towards newly announced projects especially commercial projects.

Ghauri town is a good location project but development standards are not very high plus its not under observation on cda or any other department so construction standards are not maintained there like a proper sector.
