I have purchased plots in savaira city and al shams city schemes in gwader… Now i see their noc stands expired by gda. Should i stop further instalments or keep paying. What is the latest?
If you have apatite then keep paying. I think it’s by Al Aziz. I saw them in Pak property exhibition in Abu Dhabi marketing these projects. No personal experience but person seems to be genuine with good local knowledge & market understanding. Risk level does exist.
