Please someone suggest me how is h-13 (next to nust area), i am looking to buy a 5 marla plot to build a house like 5 years from now.
Is it cda sector and what's its future? Any issues etc.?
As far as i know h is a commercial area of islamabad and not residential.

I would suggest you to refrain from buying anything in h-13. This is illegal sector. H sectors are for educational purposes mostly and not for residential.

Dear anwar h 13 is not commercial area currently its exampled area cda is not acquiring that sector and u have to do plot intaqal from f 8 katcheri. But due to non cda sector development and infra is not good
H-13 is not exempted area. Do confirm from cda. Tranfer of land is open via registry and intiqal. Private plotting. Very good location. Suitable for immediate living. No town planning. Narrow streets.

Dear mian muhammad its exempted land from cda not acquired u can check it from cda i think so u didnt read my comment or understand it exempted lands are those where cda allows construction and i mentioned that plot will be transfer via f 8 katcheri intaqal
But ibrahim why does cda allow construction in such hap-hazard manner? Is it because it is private property and cda has no funds to buy it from the owners?
Shouldn't cda give permission to societies and allow them to acquire the land like they did in zone 2. What is the difference?
If you are driving on kashmir highway, this area gives a bad look because there is no suitable development like other cda sectors and societies.
Exempted sectors are e-11 and i-13. U can construct house in all sectors not yet acquired by the cda. I.E h-13, f-13, f-14.
Read cda notices on cda website regarding construction in h-13.
