Below societies are not in Islamabad including B-17 so be warned!
Well, that is obvious, Khudad Heights, B-17 and all others mentioned on the advertisement are using CDA's name or adding Islamabad where the name ends just to attract customers mostly from abroad. Most of them are approved by CDA anyways.
Sir kindly read this notice again they mentioned boundary of islamabad till series 17 . And its mentioned that there is no sector of islamabad in the south west of these sectors a 17 b 17 c 17 d 17 e 17 f 17 . So 17 is the boundary of ict

I think cda is very corrupt organisation these societies are there for quiet and long time and they never bothered about ict boundaries and now when there is boom in B17 and others in zone 2 they are taking notice i think cda is in hands of big investors who can spread romers to influnce prices.
Anything beyond 17 is not in Islamabad i.e B-18, D-18, F-18 etc.
B-17 Blocks D and E are outside Islamabad, not sure about block C. A and B are inside Islamabad.

I don't think it will make any difference for multi B 17.But don't forget cda is monitoring institute who set the rules it is duty and also legal responsibility of CDA to protect the hard earned money of public not invested based on some scam. But Look at BT without any NOC they are surviving and booming despite public notice as pk public don't care about NOC and there notices but it is not a good practice.
The CDA public notice mentions Multi Garden-II as a scheme which is outside Islamabad limits.
In the newsletters of MPCHS on its website Multi Garden Phase I is described as Blocks A, B and C only. Multi Garden Phase II comprises Blocks D and E.
Therefore, Blocks D and E of B-17 are not in the 17 series. They are in 18 series and therefore they are not part of Islamabad.
May be some parts of Block C are also outside the ICT limits but it is difficult to say which parts are inside and which are outside.
In fact, according to the CDA notice it is a misrepresentation to use the term B-18 or E-18 or F-18 etc. The notice says that they should not be referred to as sectors of Islamabad.
This is why the CDA notice says Multi Garden-II (it does not say B-17 phase 2). It says Faisal Town (it deliberately does not say F-18). It says Gulshan-e-Sehat (it deliberately does not say E-18). It says Engineers Cooperative (it deliberately does not say D-18).
