I have a budget of rs. 3 to 4.5 million and i am looking for some good investment either in Lahore or Islamabad. Options I have been told are files in DHA phase 9, Bahria enclave Islamabad, G 14 Islamabad etc. Need your advice please what is the best option out of these or any other.

Sir bahria enclave islamabad is an excellent option.... U should consider following option: Bahria town phase 8,Bahira enclave,Bahria town phase 7,May be dha 2 10 marla plot(harder to find in this budget of 4.5 mill..) B-17,F-17.D-17.D-18..... G-14/4 out of question in this budget... Rest of subsectors are not acquired so i do not think so u should engage your amount there...
Thanks. So the top choice in Isb is Bahria enclave. What is the order of preference in other areas, i.e. B 17, F 17, D 17 etc. Also, i read about FOECHS and PECHS? are these good as well.
