Sir u can go for following options... Zone 1 g-13,g-14/4.. Zone 2 g-15,f-15 zone 5 Bahria town,DHA.. For construction business and house selling bahria town is the most lucrative ones in my view point...

Keep in mind brother that g 14 and e 12 might be a very long term investment as CDA didn’t develop these sectors for more than last 15 years nor it intends to do so in near future except blowing some rumors around for their near development. Better go for developed areas of Islamabad.
Agreed with Hawk2k as these sectors are not going to develop in near future…These sectors are just barren piece of lands with built up properties and their prices has increased just because of the rumors that cda blows after sometime…i would simply not recommend u g-14/1,2,3 and e-12…In my opinion they would easily take a decade or even more to develop…
