Is JKCHS a good short term?

I have already bought plots in the main JKCHS, however, i was wondring...Is it worth Investing in JKCHS for a short term basis or mainly long term? I mean investing in zone 5. Im thinking of buying a couple of small plots, the 8 marla plots? Would this be an ideal short term investment or would i be better off investing in something like Gulberg, where development is in speedy progress?

Is JKCHS Zone 5 a safe investment? Any Advanatages / Disadvantages of ZONE 5...Can anyone shed some light on this topic?

Hi adbul ali, Jkchs has achieved a great name in the region which is evident from the confidence the members. If you are interested in buying on papers, then buy supreme court society (g-17) or jkchs extension (f-16), where cost of land is still very low and chances are great for the realization of the project and most importantly location is very good.

Thank you Shehryar bhai for your response. What are the Ad / Disadvantages of JKCHS Zone 5? I suppose the location of being on the corner of the road links are together, so this could be an Advantage, but cant seem to find a location map of zone 5 anywhere.

What are the small sizes available of the F-16 JKCHS EXT?

In my opinion buying in possession areas of jkchs islamabad zone 2 is a good idea for someone who is interested in constructing his house and plans to move in quickly - for example within one year. It is expensive now but as abdul ali has said, it touches 2 roads - gt road and kashmir highway.

But for purely investment purpose, non possession areas are better - for example sector f-16 which is not yet developed. Also, other zone 2 societies are good. If the society is developed then it is worth buying if the objective is investment or even constructing your own house.

I am also interested in f-16 for investment purposes but \don’t seem to find plots on zameen. Any agents i can reach out to? I am inshaallah planning to visit pakistan in the next week to make th e purchase.

So is f-16 better than zone 5 in terms of investing short term? Or which one is better in terms of short term, or with a quicker return?

Jkchs zone v is a gud option for investment for 3 to 5 years. Location is excellent next to gulberg and direct access from islamabad expressway Via under construction 150 ft wide road. Development work is going on there and developers are well known and reputed. Plot files on old booking rates are available in market at cheaper rates. If u want to buy then u can contact me and i can help u out. I recently bought few files for my friends.

@ ali bhai, what is the current rate of the small plots of old booking inc development charges?

In f-16, which sub-sector is better to invest in, in budget of less than 20 lac ? F-16/1, or f-16/2, or f-16/3, or f-16/4 ? Rates in f-16/4 are already too high and i dont think plots can be found in less than 20 lac, right ?

Dear ali In f 16 , f 16 4 and f 16 3 are better investment point after them f 16 1 but dont go for f 16 2 as land issues are there and private people are living there. In f 16 4 30 x 60 plot price is around 22 lac in f 16 3 30 x 60 plot price is around 19 lac in f 16 1 30 x 60 plot price is 14 lac. In f 16 2 u can get 30 x 60 plot price is not more then 11 lac but will not recommend that sub sector.

If you want to invest and good result in future i think e 16 is the best then any other section in zone v .

Abdul ali i think the advantage is the fruitful investment as the society is developing and will pay you back inshallah. And disadvantage is the management due to which the development work is going too slow. Rest updates you can see on their website jkchs.Com.
