I have already bought plots in the main JKCHS, however, i was wondring...Is it worth Investing in JKCHS for a short term basis or mainly long term? I mean investing in zone 5. Im thinking of buying a couple of small plots, the 8 marla plots? Would this be an ideal short term investment or would i be better off investing in something like Gulberg, where development is in speedy progress?
Is JKCHS Zone 5 a safe investment? Any Advanatages / Disadvantages of ZONE 5...Can anyone shed some light on this topic?
