What is the per day labor cost of skilled mason (mistri) and labor (mazdoor)? How long does it take to complete a 2 kanal grey structure?

Dear Labor rates are not fixed anywhere, These days August 2020 if you hire a labor from a road side they will charge you at-least 1000 rupee and work only 3 to 4 hours then they will become hungry and then Namaz time etc and the day will pass. Mason (usually they are not skilled) will charge you 1500 per day. Contractor which have permanent labor usually pay 700 per day to the labor and 1200 to the skilled mason plus accommodation and some times food also. Thanks
