Dear all, I have a plot in LDA Avenue One Lahore, in Block C. It is in litigation and the LDA is silent on the issue. The case was taken to supreme court which ordered to give possession to the allottees by December but failed to mention anything about the litigation issues. Does someone have knowledge of this issue and what should we do?

Mr. Asad, Sad to know that your plot is in litigation. And as per i know, WAPDA is going to provide electricity supply by the end of December and it is expected that possession will also be provided soon inshaALLAH.....
Now coming to your litigation issue. LDA does take actions on litigation issues from time to time. lets hope that your plot will also cleared inshaALLAH and if not then i suggest you to sell it to someone. There are buyers in the market, who are interested in buying such plots. You will probably get less amount but its better to take your money out of it.
And also contact LDA to confirm if they have it in plan to address this issue of litigation.
