wait time is over now MASHALLAH as price is good now increasing day by day currently 8 marla plot price is around 23 to 25 lac depends on location inshallah v soon they will hand over possession there and it will also improve a little more
Prices will increase in Mumtaz City after possession and in the coming years as well, time for New Airport is getting closer so will the prices will be increased in Mumtaz and Top City.
What is the price range for a decent location 5 marla plot in Chenab Block right now? Thanks.
Please let me know also available option for 5 Marla & 8 Marla & advise which block is the good option for living as well investment purpose,
They are giving possesion in chanab hopefully you will get good benifit from it.
