Slow, Far away from Highway, Gulberg and Capital Enclave are much better, nicely planned, big plots plus commercial and parks but under developed plus they have launched extension.

Naval anchorage is number 3 after bahria and dha in zone 5. So this is good for investment.

Yes I have visited its nice development and gated community . My concern is only investment potential otherwise I think its even better than DHA and Bharia for one who works in islamabad. Quality os there but kindly enlighten me regarding its investment potential
Good if you want to live but not for investment, agree with nasir sb go for gulberg have potential and inshallah will be benifited go on google earth and you can see development and its a huge project second invest in zone 2 but not now prices are peaked already wait and than invest prices wil drop but in gulberg you can do now.

Distance of road access is main downfall of the society.
Commuting at night with family on their approach road is a major put off
Frankly there 2 kanal plot in my opinion doesnt merit more than 4 million whereas brokers asking 10 million. I dont know how thats worth it.
I went there in July and to date most 2 kanal plots are still unsold. They are probably waiting for some uninformed buyers from overseas or another city.
Chaudhry bhai, i am shocked to hear that, 2 kanal plot in Block A before a month was of 55-60 lacs.
Its fake hike by couple of brokers supported by heard few senior investors.
I think naval anchorage is secured as it is developed by navy. Secondly lot of houses are under construction that’s why going good and plot will always be traded about 60 to 70 percent of dha phase 2. Lot of people due to navy label prefer this after bahria and dha in zone 5. Development standards still better than any other society of zone 5 except bahria and dha
Most plots have been in market since july especially 2 kanal. When you offer even full asking price sellers start increasing their demand. I feel sorry for the dealers as they are really struggling to convince the sellers. You get negative feeling as soon as you enter this society. Its isolated, no proper shops, no hospital etc no where close to dha or bahria
Aoa, How come no one mentions river garden which i believe is far better than naval... Hardly 2 minutes walk from islamabd highway roads and the rest of the infrastructure is far better than any other society ..
