I have a plot in B-17 Block C, according to MPCHs officials on phone the possession of plot is not available now as the street is incomplete. Whereas if I see the street on Google maps, the plots seems to be within the street constructed so far. May be I am measuring it in a wrong way but need some experts information who has been dealing in B-17.
