Non Posession Plot in B Blok B17

I have a plot No. 1598 in B Block B17. Until now the Land has not been cleared by MPCHS. Since last 3 years we are hearing that after 4 months the possession will be given to us.

Any one has idea when this issues will be resolved and the land will be acquired by MPCHS.

What is the current price of this plot?

Dear Dost Mohammad,

It will take a little time but hopefully you will get possession there right now if you will sale it then it will not give you good price as its non possession area and usually people non possession plots in b block are slow in sale purchase plus prices are low.
