Recently visited societies next to new international airport and found closest societies to be
On left lane of airport road
1. Top-city
On right lane
1. Mumtaz city
2. Gandara city
3. Airport enclave
4. Airline avenue/landmark group
5. Pechs (above gandara & mumtaz city)
Compared to all these societies i found plots in pechs to be half the price when compared with mumtaz or gandara but development work was bad..
However to my surprise i found houses with families living there.. Upon inquiring with security guard i was informed these houses were recently built.. And society have gas/ptcl/electricy(not in all areas)
My question is.. Pechs by development is 5 years behind its neighboring societies.. However for long investment is it good ? Say in 10 years development work might start and give me good return ?
