Which section /location is best to buy plot . I can pay upto 3 million . Or i switch to bahria enclave?

Hi aamir, What i am noticing is phase 7 and phase 8 are much popular nowadays. You can go for buying a plot in bahria town rawalpindi phase 7 or phase 8. Also bahria enclave is not a bad option either for investment point of view.

My biggest conceren about enclave is the distance of it from rawalpindi and islamabad itself. It is not opposite of cda park enclave .
I thought if i get plot of like 30 laak then i can spend 50-60 laak to build house on it.

If u have 30 lac, u can purchase a 10 marla plot in bahria town phase 8. Than u can construct ur house within ur budget
