I will try to keep my story short. I am a pakistani living abroad. I purchased in 2010 , a plot (1 kanal with additional land and all dues were paid ) in bahria town phase 8, block d, bahria town. Earlier this year, it was discovered that bt had sold my plot to someone illegally. Visited pakistan in february 2020 and contacted bt office. Bt officials admitted their mistake and assured me that the matter would be resolved soon. Unfortunately, after a long time, my problem is still not solved. Any suggestion related to my issue.
One is you keep following them and keep contact with their office
Other wise you got court platform form available to you where you can go for specific performance of contract
Also, if you have documentary proofs, make a complaint on citizen portal.

A close relative of mine had a similar issue. A property dealer got hold of their allotment/possession letter and managed to temper with the owner credentials. Surprisingly, the Bahria Town officials declared the plot as "disputed" and all prospects of sale/purchase or construction on that plot were put on hold.
My relatives went to court...a year was spent without any output...a few lacs were spent in the court and in the end it was an "out of court" settlement.
So I would recommend that you must try to solve the problem with Bahria officials or the person who has this plot now...going to court will only waste your time and money.
