Can anyone update me the status of Roshan Pakistan Scheme (NOC) and problems it is facing thanks?
Noc was removed by cda, they gave them a temporary one for 3 months until they could gather papers to show a reasonable excuse as to why development is not complete. At the moment no development progress.
don't know whats going to happens with peoples hard earned money? best of investing next door in cdechs!
Is cdechs not part of it and isnt e-16 and e-17 r in this sector and if not y is RP say on thier web site project of cdechs
Let me make myself alittle more clear and let me correct you sir. There was mayhem from the start when RP started advertising via STAR Marketing, as their were rumours swirling that they did not have enough land to make a legal society...I don't really know much about it but they acquired some part of e-16. I think they managed to only acquire about 500 kanal or something, I think 1 maraba...something like that anyway, I don't know the exact detail but alarm bells were ringing then when this society first opened initial booking! I initially visited this site then when seeing the adverts and I pulled the plug due to location as it was way too far out for me, and I thought I would still to zone v instead.
Majority of e-16 and e-17 is complete by CDECHS. CDECHS is completely different society as development is done by HRL. This is a full co operative housing society and not a private scheme unlike RP, RP had bad repute from start and were using Sambara developers so it was car crash waiting to happen! RP have stolen everyones money and done a runner, as with CDECHS about 70% or so have possession.
Flop and Fail scheme. Infact, Star Marketing gives fake/paid adds in newspapers to book the projects which are over priced and a big fail in future, check record.
No update sir. I have heard people are willing to sell in loss.

I agree with Nasir, however, its not their fault if the housing scheme do not deliver what they promise. Star just advertise as an agency / broker on the societies behalf and charge 5-6 lakhs more than original price, which is overpriced for market value anyway. That's how they make their money, plus increase brand awareness for the society.
But its true that so far majority of the societies that STAR have promoted have been huge flops and unsuccessful societies and investments. In my opinion, its best to avoid heavily marketed schemes because if the society has excellent repute then clearly they do not need to advertise as their high reputation speaks for itself.
Rather than invest in Roshan Pakistan, you can invest in CDECHS, which is safe investment in same sector of E-16/17. Atleast you can build your house straightaway, which is in the possession area unlike RP. People are just trying to get rid of their files by selling at a loss or just saying that development is at final stage etc...trying to sell to foreign investors but its false information. If you have already invested in RP then its absoce ni baat / condolences to you brother.
