I came across an ad which was from Square 9 company. They were promoting their projects of Ramada & The Avenue.
What they say is, You invest your money with them, and they will give you Rent every month, right after you make payment, and if you want to cash out after 1 year, they will even give you appreciation on your investment.
It sounds very lucrative though, but they just give you their agreement on a stamp paper.
Has anyone invested in their projects, and how was the experience?
Secondly, what is the legal status of this stamp paper agreement?
More importantly, how do you do it? Simply give money to them?
