Suggestion To Buy A 10 Marla Plot

We have a budget of 35 to 38 lac Pak rupee to buy a 10 Marla plot in any decent society in Lahore. Later construction it within 1 year.

Can someone please guide us which area should we look into. I have worked on below areas where our budget falls.

Which area do you suggest it worth living.

I would suggest you to go for DHA Rahber or DHA phase 7 because DHA is comparatively much disciplined and better from different aspects as compared to other localities. Plus, the prices increase notably in DHA.

Even Sukh chayn is good, but it is out of the city. I know DHA Rahber and Phase 7 are also not in the centre of Lahore, but through ring road, you can access the areas.

Thats my personal opinion. You may also ask some other experts as well.

@ Zain! DHA phase-7 is way too far from city of Lahore… It is almost at 9 to 12 KM from Masjid chowk Main defence…

I feel Valencia is better locationwise plus it has newly constructed double road now making it very accesible and near to Shaukat Khanum and other areas in Lahore etc.

Just my opinion , I am not an expert.
