Here is something which is more likely to be heard, Malik Riaz got some serious brains. When he came to know that Bahria's reputation is getting down so he came up with a joint venture with DHA the land was approved already so Malik Sb kept the name as DHA Phase 1 Sector F which is actually in Bahria Town Phase 8..

He is a clever operator no doubt....But that's how you make it big in business. Let's not grudge his success.
He has bench-marked the standard of residential architecture in lahore and islamabad. The standard for ultra modern living which should now spread to other cities. The success of bahria town has opened state of the art facilities to middle class pakistanis and has given employment to thousands of people.
Sir malik riaz sb is man who provided this nation with one of the most basic facility i.E housing.He has revolutionized the concept of living in pakistan. Actually it was the duty of govt of pakistan to provide such housing facilities to the nation but the corrupt govt of pakistan is unable to provide such housing facility.He is not only a business man but a great philanthropist aswell. He is the man who provided the state of the art living to middle class families of pakistan.He is the man who developed barren lands and made them one of the best places to live with the help of almighty allah.He is the man who provided business to countless people by launching bahria town and he is the man who provided jobs to the countless unemployed people.
In my opinion malik riaz sb is a blessing for pakistan .He has revolutionized the concept of living in pakistan an the is the man who provided this nation with the basic facility of housing.It was actually the duty of govt to provide this facility but these corrupt govt was just busy in looting the tax payers of nation.He is not only a business man but a great philanthropist as well.He provided the middle class of this nation with the state of the art living.He provided this country a huge investment and employment to the thousands of unemployed people of this nation.

@fahad, i did not imply a grudge on your part. What i meant was that a large segment of the general public argues, including people who use this forum, accuse malik riaz of shady dealings, and demand action of some sort.
I have always argued that he and his enterprise are beneficial for the country, its people and the economy. Of course if someone has any proof against him for any illegal action they should go to court instead of making accusations in thin air. That is the point i was making here. My comment was general in nature but my apologies if it offended you in any manner.
What will happen to bahria enclave. Will he able to manage the phase 2. Cda yet not given the green signal. Some thing fishy going on behind the doors. Any one of you able to peep what is cooking.
Sir in my opinion malik riaz sb has done a great job for pakistan and provided this nation with one of the most basic facility of housing.Actually it is the duty of our governments to develop such societies but they are just incapable of doing anything.He is not only a businessman but a philanthropist aswell.He is the one who provided this country a huge business and supported this shattered economy.He is the one who fulfilled the dream of a house of the middle class families of pakistan and revolutionized the state of the art concept of living in pakistan.He also created business opportunities for investors and provided the jobs to the countless unemployed people.
That's one way of looking at it. The way I see it is that Bahria Town is actually a great project and that's what matters at the end of the day. I know many people who aren't exactly huge fans of Pakistan army yet they acknowledge the fact that the discipline they have maintained in DHA Lahore is hard to find anywhere else. The same goes for Bahria Town. People next to no interest at all as to what kind of a man Malik Riaz is. His marketing efforts, PR activities, welfare/charity work does help him get help Bahria Town to some extend but ask yourself if this would have also been the case had Bahria Town was a crap project?
Take the example of Bahria Town Rawalpindi and Bahria Enclave Islamabad. The prices their doubled over the last few months regardless of the whole Ch Nisar controversy. A good project needs no crutches. It's DHA which needs Bahria Town and not the other way round.
No doubt Malik Raiz have made Pakistanis to live in a society which have never even thought by the people where there won't be any electricity breakdown :)
This was just information i came across so i am not hitting Malik Raiz he is the one who made Pakistan well known internationally of his project.

Mr malik riaz is one of the most shrewd, richest people in pakistan. Now, he didn’t get there by being an idiot - obviously the guy has brains but at the same time he has the officials in his pockets but that’s what happens when you have money. Money talks! But you cant knock him for the bahria projects in islamabad, probably the best development in the whole of pakistan!
