Long awaited jump in Top City, Islamabad.
Prices are increasing from last 3 days, too much people in the society's office, so are the transfers, increment of 3-4 lac per plot.
Actually CAA has given Rs.2 crore rupees to the Top City and they got a way inside from Top City for airport traffic.

It already has given a boost to Top and Mumtaz City, CAA is using the road and now Top City is busy in carpeting the main roads on a very fast pace. I think now the prices in real sense will increase and will not come down.
Although its a great news but I think until we get something definitive about the access road, we need to be guarded in our reaction. The airport management used PECHS road for years but eventually moved on. Lets hope this time they stick to the present route.

I am unsure of F block, but E Block are fairly cheap so now is perfect time to invest their as it cheaper than the rest of the society, but its unclear whether development charges have been paid upto date, as some sellers don’t pay the last 2 instalments to date so you need to pay the added fines incurred per day, which could total to be a lot of money. Prices are still fairly cheap as their is no development there as far as I know, maybe its started but I don’t think it has started yet?
All Bros. I just received a news from my very reliable source that route of Approach Road to New Islamabad Airport has been finalized & Planning Commission has given ok signal to NHA & CDA to construct road thru Top City. Very very good news.
