What is future prospects of Zaraj Housing Scheme (opposite DHA 2)? Is it a RDA or CDA approved society?

Can you please advice on quality and future prospects of Zaraja?

This society is claimed to be in zone v but seems far from both pindi and islamabad. But this is where the new areas are being developed including bahria and dha.

Any way it is cda approved and is otherwise a good society with very decent development standards with facilities such as water gas eletercity security school and commercial shops. Price of 1 kanal plot should be above 50 lakhs.
