Looking for comments or feedback as which option is preferred for investment or even living i.e. B-17 or G-15 with if the current budget for plot is 70 to 80 lac or little bit more.
G-15 is better for living. It also has some juice left for investment.
I might be wrong but B-17 will not be good for living. It will be good for investment.
Others can disagree.
B-17 is good at the moment for investment purposes, yet once Margalla avenue gets operational it will instantly change into completely liveable but then prices will not be that attractive anymore. G-15 on the other hand is a steady going CDA project which may face problems in-terms of availability of facilities and security.
I am supporter of both projects but G-15/F-15 is a better investment no doubt about that.
It is located at crossroads - GT Road and Kashmir Highway. It will climb very high in value.

Location was G-15 is best but development standard in B-17 is much better than G-15.This is fact B-17 very much dependent on Margala Avenue.
Any news about Margalla Avenue or anyone living in Islamabad can confirm if actual ground work has started?
