Hi, i am looking to invest in dha city karachi as a long term investor i.E. 5-10 years. I can invest maximum about 3 million pkr, but i would prefer if there is an option of installments i.E. Down payment around 1.5 million and the rest installments. I would prefer if i can get a commercial plot like 200 sq. Yds. But i am open to residential ones too e.G. I can get 2-4 smaller residential plots for higher investment return. Kindly advise which is a good option and which sector / area within dha city will be best? Many thanks for your time.
