I plan to construct home in islamabad after 2 to 3 years and i came to know e12 is good option in my budget of 10 m.

E12 is not a developed area. Lot of legal issues going on. No chance it will be developed in 2-3 years. Better option in zone 1 would be D12, E11 or G13.

There is a Possibility that development might actually start in a small section of E-12 within the next 6-10 months. But even if that happens, it will be nowhere in 2-3 years as far as living is concerned.
2540 in G-13 or 40 80 in E-12. Choice is your.
Development work is going to start in E-12/2 soon. If u can wait E-12 is good option.

Obaid, better go for D12, coze even if land is acquired in E-12 today, it will take at least 4-5 years before someone can live there. But given the incompetence of CDA, chances are that it will not acquire land any time soon.
