There is no juice left in DHA Peshawar for short term investment.

DHA Gujranwala is the best option among those listed by Sarwar. Multan was the best a few months back, but now the train has left the platform.
You can still run after Multan Express and try to hop on, but it might go some way and then stop at the next station without AC. On the other hand you can go to Gujranwala Station and climb on Gujranwala Passenger train. They are trying to convert it into an Express train. If you are lucky, you will buy the ticket at the price of a Passenger train and enjoy the ride of an Express train!
But if you don't want to take any risk of being stuck in a passenger train, then better run after Multan Express and be sure to enjoy the ride of an Express train. But even Express train will stop at the big stations and you might spend a few hours in the heat without AC.
Gujranwala is good for those, who can hold it for reasonable time.

In that case mr khan what are options for person having budget less than 3 million and holding time of max 2 years .
I think DHA gujranwala is 2,3 years long investment and it will give fruit after that ...
if u are looking for investment in gujranwala ,, Fazaia is the next best option as it is in the developing stage and they have announced balloting in the 3rd week of july ... So if u want some quick money so it may be an option.
