I have about 2 million and would like to seek the advice of respected group members where should i invest for 5 years (approx.) out of the options below:
1. Gulberg islamabad
2. Bahria phase 8, (l, m or similar blocks)
3. Airport housing society, sector 4 next to gulzar-e-quaid.
I am open to other options too. Please suggest.

At the moment Bahria phase8 is better and M block is best 5Marla 1.7 to 1.9 Million.Possession is very near inshAllah.

In this budget you can get 7 marla plot in k, j , l block also.

DHA valley is best option in this bugged
You can invest in plots in Mumtaz City or Top City Societies for about 1-2 years. The prices will be more than double in that period because the 8 lanes Express Way linking Kashmir Highway to New Benazir International Airport passes between these Societies. Second option is to purchase constructed housed in Sector E-11. The prices will go up with time because this a CDA sector in the middle of Islamabad. Decision is yours. If you want, we can help you.
