Dear forum members, I would like to ask you that how much impact will the possession have on the prices in LDA Avenue?
Right now the price of a 10 Marla on an average is 38 to 45 lac depending on the location but how much do you think it will gain after possession?

As things stand the latest date for possession is a few months away (I think June). A that time, investor trend and other things will determine the amount of impact. For example if the market is in a boom this would mean there is cash out there looking for investment opportunities.
So prices will increase in the run up to possession, and reach a ceiling a little after possession.
At the moment, LDA Avenue 1 is in a bit of a reverse.
What will be the Fate of the people whose plots are in Litigation in Lda avenue one.
I thought records of all LDA Avenue 1 plots were computerized and all transfers take place on electronic records.
I dont know of any fraud, double allotment or litigation. Can you share details?
As per i know, LDA is taking actions against litigation from time to time but still it is unable to get whole area out of the spell of litigation.

As far as i know ther is not any fraud and double allotement in LDA Avenue. But there are surely some litigation plots in LDA avenue due to cases in the court by the land owners from which the LDA authorities bought the land for the project.
Most of the development is complete in LDA non litigation areas and only electricity work is remaining which is in the process.
Lda avenue has a great location and have nice investment opportunities as possession is expected soon. But while investing make sure that the plot you are buying is not in the Litigation area.

i visited the locality recently, they have erected various poles and transformers have been installed on various places.
Even though WAPDA was supposed to complete the work by December , 2013 but still there is some pending work. However, it can be expected that after completion of electricity work, possession will be provided inshaALLAH.
Location wise it is a very good locality as compared to other communities, but since its under the supervision of LDA, it is being delayed.
How to check whether any particular plot is in litigation area or not?
My question is what will they give to the people whose plots are in litigation.

Just visit the Webb site of lda and in dem 1 lda has uploaded the map of avenue1 marking the litigation plots in reb with latest status

The possession will be given in end of march or mid of April. It’s confirm news.
If the news is true than there will be a jump in the prices as LDA has the best location as compared with other societies.

People including me are waiting for possession in LDA Avenue. Seriously, this is the limit.
I guess now Wapda is causing delays in electrification.
