Dear B.R.Malik i remember once you told me to avoid filling plot in G-15. Just wanted to know why so and what basically is a filling plot as in G-15 there are 2 types one is a normal basement plot while most in depression areas are almost double basement plots.
I am actually getting a very good location non-corner 40*80 plot with single basement but yet wanted some input from your side. Showed it to 2-3 friends of mine and they also gave preference to it over other level plots due to location advantage. It is also around 4-6 lacs cheaper than other good location level plots
