I think G-15 is best option for investment.40x80 9.5 t0 11 million and 60x90 14 to 15 million depend on location.
Please share your budget so people can share you good idea.

G 15 rise from 15 lakh for 7 marla to almost 80 lakh over a period of 4 or 5 years,i dont know how much potential left in G 15,but what i saw kanla plot did not grow much but smaller size benifited the most i think secondry to construction cost.
On the other hand g 14 lot of population sitting in the sector it is very difficult in 3 to 5 year they wil able to evacuate the site so i am not seeing any growth in your investment.
I think g 13 is better than g 14.
