What is the price of 10 M plot in F2 sec Phase 8. Is it going to remain stable?
Price vary from location to location. Possession plot?? non possession plots??. Ppl are selling above 40 lacs and below 30 lacs also. ALL depends on location.
Sorry for not mentioning ezact status. Possesion in near future in F2/F3 of 10 M plot.
To the best of my knowledge. 28 to 32 lacs.

Till dec 2013 ppl were asking approx 38-40 for the same plots.
Question : if I have a option of F2, F3 10 marla plot in phase 8 and 5 marla in enclave 1, what i should prefer to go for ??? as prices are almost similar i guess, therefore asking what will give more gain in near future ?
