phase 9 is proper DHA 9 phase where kanal 10 and 5 marla

In my opinion, prices in DHA Phase 9 (Prism) are inflated and they will come down definitely due to huge number of plots available in Market.
Guys what would be the approximate price of a 1 kanal park (main p-block park) facing plot in P-Block Phase 9. Plot # 281-287
My guess is 70 plus, parties are asking from 65 to 80 in P block
Bhai average price phase 9 plot 281 to 287 is 75 to 77la c but we can demand 80lac
