Zaheer sab, F-10 markaz is the best markaz of islamabad, very good rent value is here compare to the other sectors of islamabad, even it is very hard to find good place for rent in this markaz. G-8 markaz mustafa is also a good option rent wise but i suggest that F-10 is in your budget so it is best for you, One good news i have to mention here about your choice, that the property value of almustafa f-10 is about 10 laks increased in the last 6 months, which is also a good indicator. As you asked about the springs apartment i dont know about these it may be in a society. Again will advise you established CDA sectors are the best options. There are few good projects which has good rental value, and you can sale on one day cash it is just like a dollar.

There is also good rental returns also.
Nowadays sector 1-16,15,14 are having good demand.
So rush for them.
