F-17 MPCHS 10 marla is best option for you.
I don't see MPCHS any good rite now,
you should consider buying 10 marla plots in Top City.
@Nasir: Brother already 200 houses built and almost 50 families are living there with every facility. Also major commercial projects are built. Atleast one should visit before making any review. I have give him my sincere opinion.
