Suggestion For Buying A Plot In 2.2 Million In Islamabad/Rawalpindi

I have 2.2 million, which option is better, either for investment or for living:

1. Bahria Garden City 5 Marla
2. B-17 E Block
3. Phase 8 Extension 10 Marla (which precinct?)
4. Gulberg Islamabad (which block?)

I have my personal experience of B-17 and Gulberg.

Few months ago i was having a plot in gulberg which very hardly i sold out. At that time the rate were also very lower now the rates are higher, and i think for few years there would be no possesion. So i will not suggest this sector. I think B-17 at this time hase lower rates than the market. It is the best time to purchase also in your budget, u will also get possion. Will give u good return if you want to sale in little time

1:B-17 E block.

2:Gulberg B block.

Buy plot in air port avenue which will be gr8 option 5 marla :15 lacks

and it is in g-19 near airport though prices will rise with completion of kashmir highway and It will become more easy
