Options I think in my budget are : DHA Valley and DHA Multan - for 5-8 Marla
Please suggest:
Which of both DHA Valley or DHA Multan is better in term of ROI?
Any other good option other than this?
DHA Phase 3, Rawalpindi, is better option for future, 5 marla plot around 14 Lacks.

Also I've seen other posts and it looks likes that prices have declined, land issue etc...
