I want to invest 3 to 3.5 million.So where should i buy a residential plot for investment period of minimum 1 year and a maximum of 2 years.
Go for dha town phase 9 you would be able to buy a five Marla plot
else you can buy a 10 Marla file for dha phase 9 file ..
both are good investment

If you like to invest in Rawalpindi or islamabad then better to invest in Bahria phase8 or Dha phase2 N or P block.
If Lahore then Dha phase9 or Bahria golf residencia.

Nadeem Bhai, If the intention is only investment in Islamabad for same range as Haseeb indicated, what you will recommend more for 10 marla, Phase 8 F2 , F3 or DHA N or P block ? are the prices down in both areas currently or only on phase 8?

Agree with As U wish Saadi bahi is familiar with Dha phase2.
Both are good options,in this range you can purchase 10marla in N or P block.
Just believe possession area of phase8.
F2 is good don't go to F3 because it will take time.
