As per the approach is concerned, then a house in Johar Town is prefferable....It provides better approach to the nearby amenities. And yes about the investment aspects, Johar Town has somehow reached its apex values. However, in the outskirts, you may find something at lesser cost. But in Valancia, in my view, there is a greater potential of investment return.
