Due to political issues and protests at Islamabad, property sector is badly disturbed. But after some time it will boost again and I would like to inform you that it will be a useful investment for you. So, go for it and just clear the legal things because frauds are there to cheat you and you just have to be aware of them.

As per my opinion, there is no benefit in short term investment but may be it is beneficial in long term.
