I have a well located 1 kanal plot in dha islamabad phase 2 sector k. I am receiving offers for its sale. Should i sell or is there chance of further price appreciation?
Don't sell it now unless you need money.
With things shaping up on Islamabad expressway, price is bound to increase.
Further increases are expected but not quickly.
Now is also a good time to sell and move on as price is already stable after massive increase over the last 1-2 years.
No big jump expected, regular growth with population increase/amenities.
